Who can attend The Break Thru’ Event 2010? Our Break Thru’ Event is multi-generational (both genders), for ages 8 to 88, with a dynamic, age-appropriate breakout session available for children ages 8 to 12. Please note our program is not suitable for children younger than 8. We request that babies / toddlers not be brought to this event. Is there a special seating arrangement for the physically challenged? Yes . . .we have a main floor seating arrangement for wheelchairs and chairs for those people accompanying them. Close to the event we will list a general outline of speakers and music artist appearances. It will appear on the website. What times do the sessions start and end? Friday May 14: doors open at 6 PM with the event starting at 7:00 and ending at 10:00 PM Saturday May 15: doors open at 8:00 AM with the event starting at 8:45 AM and ending at 4:00 PM For the event is the noon lunch provided on Saturday? Noon lunches may be ordered when purchasing your ticket. There is an additional cost for box lunches ordered in advance. Yes, every conference attendee must purchase a ticket. Adult attendees will be responsible for their group of young people throughout the two-day event. Could someone purchase a ticket to this Event just for Friday night or for Saturday only? No, one full ticket per person is required even for partial attendance at our conferences. Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Is seating by number at the Conferences? Yes, all tickets are by reserved seating. The Aud. will issue you two tickets when you purchase; one for Friday night and another for Saturday. Best seat locations go to early purchasers. If we suddenly need to add one more attendee to our registered group, can he still sit with us? Yes, by contacting The Aud., you can have your group seats moved to a new location which will include the extra attendee. The new seating location may not be ‘as good’ re: close to the stage. Early purchasers get best seats. Is there a special group rate for ticket purchases? No, for our Conference Events each pre-bought ticket is sold at the same price. Tickets: General Info. How could I sign up for this? Our much needed Volunteer Team will be made up of adults 18 and older. Volunteers still purchase their own tickets.
